Dr. Aswathy R.B. is an experienced Ayurvedic Physician who seamlessly blends traditional medicine with modern holistic wellness practices.

She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from the Sree Narayana Institute of Ayurveda Medical Studies and Research Centre, Pangode, Kollam. Her clinical training included comprehensive internships at the Institute, the Government Ayurveda Dispensary Ezhukone, and the Government Ayurveda Hospital Kadampanad.

Having served as a Chief Consultant for many years, Dr. Aswathy employs a distinctive approach to health. She combines the principles of Ayurveda with essential elements like yoga and personalized lifestyle modifications (diet and exercise). Her philosophy centers on promoting a disease-free mind and body to facilitate optimal recovery and well-being.

Dr. Aswathy has further enhanced her expertise through specialized certifications:

• Diploma in Yoga Teachers Training (DYTTC) from the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Academy of Vocational Studies.

• Lay Counselling Course from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS), Bangalore, a premier institution of national importance.

Hanshi Ajaykumar Nair is a renowned specialist in complementary and alternative medicine with a deep foundation in traditional martial arts.

With a legacy of 37 years in Japan Shito Ryu Technical Karate—culminating in the 3rd and 4th Dan Black Belt from JAPAN in 1989 and 1992—his expertise is uniquely informed by discipline and physical understanding. His martial arts training also includes Kung-fu- Animal Kinaco Style (4 years) and Kalarippayattu (3 years).

Clinical Focus: His practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. Incorporating skills from Nepal Akki Ayurveda Special Treatment (3 years) and Physiotherapy (2 years), his method utilizes hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments. He skillfully restores restricted joint mobility due to tissue injury and is an expert in alternative regimes for alleviating pain in muscles, joints, bones, and connective tissue.

He also holds a 2-year Master Degree in disciplines including Kick Boxing and specialized Weight Loss Tummy Reduction and Body Toning Exercises for both men and women.

Influence & Leadership: Hanshi Ajaykumar Nair had a pivotal role in the national acceptance of Japan Shito Ryu Technical Karate. Today, he holds influential roles as a Chief Representative for the Kerala Sports Kick Boxing Association, the Kerala Sports Karate-Do Association, and the National Karate Federation of India, in addition to being the Founder Vice President of the National Kick Boxing Federation of India.

Dr. S. Akhil Babu is a qualified Ayurvedic Physician, holding a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) awarded in 2023 from the Muniyal Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences, Manipal, Karnataka. His clinical foundations were reinforced during a one-year internship at the Sree Narayana Institute of Ayurveda Studies & Research, Kollam, Kerala.

Training & Experience:

Dr. Akhil Babu began his formal training in Kalari and Yoga in 2010. He has achieved notable distinctions in these disciplines:

• In 2014, he secured First Prize in the Senior Category of the Yoga Competition held by the Kollam District Yoga Association.

• He continued advanced Kalari training at Attoor Kalari Sangam under Sarangadharan Pathmanabhan Gurukkal.

• In 2024, he won First Prize in Kuruvadi Payattu at the Kerala State District-level Keralotsavam.
